Some friends of mine are looking for a cooking school in Italy for 3 or 4 days next spring. They are taking their kids, both adults in their 20's, one married, who've never been to Italy. I've offered to do some legwork. They want to be able to do some excursions to Rome and Florence during the trip so I felt that Umbria, with it's central location, would be a good choice. They prefer a school that has it's own lodgings. I found a farmstay that was recommended by Food & Wine magazine.
