Food quality, service, price, menu, ambience, etc...? Where is it's importance?busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.

OK. Then "trust" in what? The food is safe? Reservations will be kept? They won't sell my credit card info?

So many great places to eat where the food is better than most but I pass them by for almost as good because I can trust that they want my experience to go well.busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.
