How would you rank trust among the important attributes of a successful restaurant?

Food quality, service, price, menu, ambience, etc...? Where is it's importance?

Can you elaborate here? Are you saying trust is defined as "Food quality, service, price, menu, ambience, etc...?"

Can't speak for the OP, but I suspect the list is simply a list of factors the OP considered that people might value, trust simply being one among them.

OK. Then "trust" in what? The food is safe? Reservations will be kept? They won't sell my credit card info?

Need more info from fatty. Not sure why I've even wasted this much time on it.

Like in nobody's perfect and mistakes happen but can I trust you to admit it, make it right and keep me as a patron. So many great places to eat where the food is better than most but I pass them by for almost as good because I can trust that they want my experience to go well.
