    I'm one of the casting producers for the new season of FOXs Hell's Kitchen, and I wanted to send you some information on our open call in Chicago. Any help spreading the word is greatly appreciated... Please give me a call when you can and we can discuss what I'm looking for. I've included a flyer and casting language below.

    Hell's Kitchen Now Casting!

    FOX's SIZZLING unscripted series "HELL'S KITCHEN" is back again as Chef Gordon Ramsay looks for the BEST of the BEST to work beside him in the HOTTEST kitchen on Earth! The nationwide casting call starts September 28, 2009, and we're in search of America's culinary elite who not only have the SKILLS, but the STAMINA to cook alongside the infamous, CHEF GORDON RAMSAY.

    "HELL'S KITCHEN" will follow the chefs 24/7 through the perils of working in Chef Ramsay's PRESSURE filled restaurant, capturing the wrath, emotion and adrenaline rush that comes with cooking in a top-notch restaurant. Contestants will have to prove they have the endurance and skills to work with Chef Ramsay, as they are pushed to their limits.

    CASTING is searching for Chefs, 21 and over, who are outspoken, competitive and can stand the HEAT in one of the MOST EXCLUSIVE and TOUGHEST kitchens in the world. Applicants must be passionate, skilled at their craft and aim to become the next winner of "HELL'S KITCHEN."

    by casting language do you mean that expletives will be hurled at us nonstop?

    I believe the expletive-hurling will only occur if you are chosen, after you meet Chef Ramsay.

    Is it worth trying out if I'm not a chef, but I think Gordon Ramsey is awesome??

    Judging by past contestants, I think not being a chef increases your qualifications.

    There's also a meet & greet the night before the actual casting call. It's a free event at the Drake Hotel and folks who are interested can avoid the long casting call line the next day.

    What: Meet the Producers of Fox's Hell's Kitchen

    Details: Hell's Kitchen is coming to Chicago for an Open Casting Call to find passionate foodies to be contestants on the upcoming season of the show. The official casting call is on Tuesday, Oct 13th, but they will be at the Drake Hotel's Palm Court for a couple of hours for an informal meet and greet on Monday Oct 12th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. They will be there to answer any questions you may have on possibly becoming a cast member. If you are passionate about food, love the series Hell's Kitchen, and want to find out how you can become a contestant, you must attend this event!!! Feel free to invite all foodies you know who would make great contestants on the show!

    When: Monday October 12, 2009

    Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm

    Place: The Drake Hotel's Palm Court

    Cost: FREE!!!
