Here is a blog about a doctor who participated in a pig butchering and slaughter. I post it because some on this forum might be interested in this topic. I came upon it when I was doing research on krill oil supplements. I've never heard of these pigs but the blog on this is interesting. Beware its grizzly too if you don't like to see slaughtered pig. Does anyone know where this type of pork can be purchased in the Chicago area?
