    Hell yeah - I'd probably try to make some myself. I definitely don't see it as a replacement for real meat in any way, but it would take Molecular Gastronomy to a whole new level.

    What I really want though is for geneticists to make a REAL Turducken, and a sheep inside a pig inside a cow...

    Yes, I would absolutely try it and see nothing objectionable at all in it. Maybe I won't like it, but I have no problem with the general idea.
