Post #1 - February 21st, 2012, 11:07 amI've enjoyed some meals at bistronomic, but am surprised to see it on the semifinalist list for Best New Restaurant in the James Beard 2012 competition which were recently announced. I'm also baffled by how Topolobampo is on the list for best service given my one meal there last year. It was anything but polished and we had a 25 minute wait between courses.
