Guy Fieri Gets the Julie & Julia Treatment

Someone has started a tumblr devoted to cooking through Guy Fieri's cookbook, "Guy Fieri Food: Cookin’ it. Livin’ it. Lovin’ it":

The first recipe is the Garlic Onion Tortilla Stack ("a stack of tortillas with garlic and onion smeared between them"). This recipe comes from the "appe-tapas" section of the book. "Appe-tapas" is, I believe, one of the most Guy Fieri things you can say.

Anyway, should be fun if this person sticks with it.
