Thanks for the article. Makes me want to see what else is in that cookbook. The three recipes they list actually sound like they might be worth trying.
It's always interesting to consider how tastes and food ideas have changed.
If you want to go back a little farther in time, this is a great site for Medieval Cookery -- but with the recipes actually translated and tested.
