Johnny's Hot Dog cart ~ Southport/Waveland in 1980's?

First post and sorry for the way OT topic.

Growing up in Wrigleyville my brother and I always ran up to Johnny's Hot Dog cart, which we found parked at Southport & Waveland in the 80's. His hot dogs & tamales were the BEST!

I'm actually trying to find more info about the man and even a photo of Johnny & his cart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
