In the
Fall Entertaining Issue article entitled "An Evening at the Improv":
Did anyone else notice that the recipes were taken directly from
Jean - Georges: Cooking at Home With a Four Star Chef and no credit was given? I always thought that when you used a published recipe (in a newspaper or magazine) it was a legal requirement (or at least de rigueur) to give credit to the originator.
Or am I wrong?
At any rate, it was hardly "improv", if you ask me....
