Has anybody tried to figure out what those 11 herbs and spices are? Could one of them be cinnamon?

    DINSDALE!

I read a book some 20+ years ago that supposedly scientifically analyzed KFC chicken to determine the 11 herbs and spices. I don't remember the name of the book after all these years.

It claimed that all they could detect was salt, pepper, and MSG -- any other spices were either too small to be detected, or not (or no longer) present.

I had a taste for original KFC not too long ago. Didn't really match what I remembered and didn't have much spice flavor at all.

It was this one. I remember it well; either it or the sequel (see if you can guess the name) was where I first learned (long before South Park) the story of Xenu. Also how David Copperfield made the Statue of Liberty disappear (which years later one of the producers confirmed to me).
