Benjamin Bjurstrom, Fox & Obel butcher, dies

Those of you who buy meat at Fox & Obel will be shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden death of Benjamin Bjurstrom, its very knowledgeable head butcher. Before Fox & Obel, Bjurstrom's career also included stints as rotisseur at Le Francais and Les Nomades.

I don't have any details, though I understand some of his colleagues were looking into putting together a fund for Bjurstrom's wife and children.
