A friend is writing a book and wants to interview Christine McCabe-Tentori. Here is the email he sent me.

    > As mentioned, I am trying to connect with the former
    > pastry chef at now-defunct "Sugar" (108 W Kinzie St.).
    > The name I have is Christine McCabe-Tentori, and she
    > apparently also worked at Charlie Trotter's at one time.
    > Any help in finding her would be mucho appreciated.

    Anybody know where she is?

From the June 14, 2006 Chicago Mag DISH newsletter:

Christine McCabe (Charlie Trotter’s, MK, Carnivale) has been named the new pastry chef at Park Grill (11 N. Michigan Ave.; 312-521-7275)

Nah. I just save all those emails (and I use GMail, so search is easy).
