I'm definitely going to send this pic to him. It is a starchy delight to be sure. They offer a pizza topped with ziti at
New York Slices in Highland Park, which I'm pretty sure I've tried (obviously not as memorable as one might expect).
I was out of the office for lunch today but he -- and the rest of the crew -- ordered lunch from Judy's Pizza in Highland Park. Based on previous experiences, expectations were fairly low but according to our boy, Judy's knocked it out of the park. He went with a large, thin-crust sausage, Italian beef and onion, which he reported to me was nearly perfect. When I spoke to him, he was excited that he had some leftovers ready for tomorrow morning's breakfast. Supposedly, pictures were taken but they haven't made their way to me yet. If they arrive, I will update.
Tonight for dinner, he finished off the Tombstone he baked up this morning . . .
