    Today I told my wife I was having a salad for lunch and that I was trying to cut down on my coffee intake.

    I didn't tell her the whole story.

    Salad = Crossrhodes (Evanston) vegetarian salad.

    This was really in more of a "right place, right time" photo for me. I did have a taste of this ham and it was delicious. I will put you in touch with the person who knows more about it.
