    Carne Adovada, Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo on Flour Tortilla

    May not look like much, but each component was made with great care to create a perfect balance of flavors and textures. I have never been a big fan of this kind of food - now I am. It really doesn't get better than this:



    I had mine norteño style with a flour tortilla. The chilangos had theirs with corn tortillas.

    I use photokit for the the soft black edge and do the rest in a photoshop droplet (action)
    that adds the extra canvas and then the drop shadow.
