    I'm surprised Michael still has both ears, not having cut one off yet.
    but I don't understand the purpose of perfecting the food while making your patrons suffer shitty music that can't be good for digestion.

    Does anyone know of a link that allows the article to be viewed on one page (and printed all at once), rather than on twelve successive web pages? I've scoured the page and haven't found one, so it probably isn't there, but I thought I'd ask. (Or maybe somebody has a clever "workaround.")
