    Here's something that I did with matzo yesterday: Chocolate-Covered Caramelized Matzoh Crunch.

    Yum. Kind of a ridiculous amount of butter to consume, but yum.

    RAB-You beat me to it. I like matzoh plain or with butter, but I had this version made by Cookie (Mrs. eatchicago) and it was definitely a "Betcha Can't Eat One" experience. Thanks, Cookie.
