KFC's long list of ingredients for their grilled chicken product...includes beef powder, rendered beef fat and other unsavory items (MSG, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, autolyzed yeast, silicon dioxide).

A concerned customer tweeted about the beef additives on El Pollo Loco's Twitter account, capturing the SoCal chain's attention. Sure enough, if you head to KFC's Web site, you can download a long 37-page PDF of these ingredients, right at the end of page 14.

I guess you could call this steak-fried chicken?

they must not have added enough MSG because the chicken wasn't that good (in the case of MSG and myself, chemically addicting), and yes, it definetely must be cooked in an oven because i could not taste any char.
