Slow food guided neighborhood tours

I assume some of you out there are Slow Food members--but for anyone else interested, they are looking for people to help plan guided, ethnic Chicago neighborhood tours. The combined knowledge that I've seen showcased on these boards is such an amazing resource!

"Ethnic Neighborhood Tours
Due to popular demand, Slow Food Chicago will be putting together
regularly scheduled culinary tours of Chicago's ethnic neighborhoods.
It's a great chance for members and others to learn about Chicago's rich history and traditions - both culinary and otherwise. If you would like to serve on the committee that will be planning and executing these tours, please contact Kelly Gibson at kgibson@bays.com. We'd especially like to hear from you if you want to plan and lead a tour!"
