What is ironic is the Chicago stadiums fare pretty well ... until you realize that the health department inspections occur when the stands are closed. One has got to wonder why the exams are NOT done while the stands are open for business when you can observe the emploees handling food.

Consistent with MLB alerting teams ahead of time that they were coming to perform so-called random drug tests.
