And eating chicken skin all alone as an app, as Eng pointed out earlier in the week, is not that unusual in some Chinese cooking, but eating layers of chicken skin on a white bread bun...well, that's a little "strange," wouldn't you agree? Yet, I could see how a bite or two might please.
