I am attempting to conduct research on the foods and food traditions of the Maxwell Street area--past and present. My purpose is to investigate the possibility of developing information for culinary tourists who might want to visit the area. I would appreciate your thoughts. Can you think of organizations such as St. Francis Assisi Catholic parish that may be places that urban tourists might want to visit because of foods associated with them? I would appreciate your insights.

You may want to read through what is already on this board. I am providing an index with Maxwell Street in topic title: search.php?st=0&sk=t&sd=d&keywords=maxwell+street&sf=titleonly&start=30

If you need people's names for attribution, you can PM them.
