Party Rental Rooms for a first birthday party

I tried to do a search on this topic, but couldn't find anything that met my particular needs. I am trying to plan a first birthday party for my twin boys (birthday is 12/26, but plan on having the party on Saturday, 1/8), and really would like to find an inexpensive rental place on the northside where I can bring in catered food and my own alcohol. Our condo is just too small to host. We would probably have about 25 adults and several small children. I had thought about the chicago park district, but they don't allow alcohol, and that is something we would like to have

I am considering Pete's pizza, but would really like to find a comfortable rental space where I can bring in my own food.
