Happy Holi

I have just learned from an Indian co-worker that this weekend is the Hindu festival Holi, the festival of colors that celebrates the arrival of Spring (among other religious myths).

It is traditional to dress and paint yourself in bright colors and to enjoy sweets during this holiday. I never knew about this holiday before today (and I grew up on Devon). Here's more info for those interested:
