Post #2 - January 28th, 2012, 11:23 amWell, one could make an argument that Northern California leads, with two of the three most expensive, or New York City leads, with seven of the 25 most expensive (topping Chicago's six).
I'm surprised some other New York places aren't listed, such as Masa. And they seem to have a problem spelling Le Bernardin.
