    Here is a good piece of food writing about the Chef's Garden, in Northern Ohio. It is a farm that supplies the country's top restaurants with heirloom vegetables. This is solid feature writing that happens to be about food. It is notable because here you have a restaurant critic from Florida writing about a farm in Ohio that will not sell produce to the newspapers' readers, unless they happen to be chefs on the customer list. In the Trib today there's nice stuff from Bill Daley about horseradish farming in the Metro East and a story about Seth Z's play. Allright!
