We called it a cookoff, not a BBQ contest. Funny but I didn't see inside the 9x9 containers that were presented to the judges.

Now I need to ask what was presented to the judges, in terms of each contestant's dish.
Next year I'll make a note to have photos of one container of each team's entry to the judges.
Everyone had a great time and plans are to continue the event next year too, bigger and better.
