IACP has regular "webinars" and tele-seminars on a wide range of topics. For example, Wednesday night, we spent an hour online chatting with Jacque Pépin, listening to tales of his life and asking questions about where things are going. We've had "webinars" with top chefs, food writers, recipe developers, cooking school operators (such as Anne Willan, who spoke of cookbook history), and more. IACP just announced that non-members can now "attend" these seminars. Just sign up for notices, and then accept invitations to the ones that interest you.
