Hi- Does anybody here visit the blog 100 Days of Real Food? It is written by a woman who fed her family mostly processed food, and in 100 days switched their diet to real food. Here is the blog.
http://www.100daysofrealfood.com/I took a look at the site for a few minutes, and it is for people that are trying to wean themselves off Kraft macaroni and cheese. For people who already stay away from most processed foods, I am not sure how much you would get out of the blog. She also has a book by the same name that has just been published, and has gotten mostly good reviews on Amazon. I also suspect that the book is more geared towards beginners too.
