Hi- Does anybody here visit the blog 100 Days of Real Food? It is written by a woman who fed her family mostly processed food, and in 100 days switched their diet to real food. Here is the blog.

I took a look at the site for a few minutes, and it is for people that are trying to wean themselves off Kraft macaroni and cheese. For people who already stay away from most processed foods, I am not sure how much you would get out of the blog. She also has a book by the same name that has just been published, and has gotten mostly good reviews on Amazon. I also suspect that the book is more geared towards beginners too. BTW-Amazon has a code for 25% off one book through today, 12/14. Go to their site to find all the details. Hope this helps, Nancy

Hi- I am reviving this. Lisa just came out with a new book 100 Days of Real Food on a Budget, because some people that visit her website told her that yes, they would like to steer clear of processed food, but they can't afford a 100% real food diet, and can't afford to eat organic veggies and naturally raised meat. It is interesting that in her first book, she was really big on visiting farmer's markets, and only eating humanely raised meat, but in this book she does not mention farmer's markets at all, and she recommends that you buy a lot of frozen fruit and veggies because they are cheaper.
