The candy trains

This rail fans' web site, with photos, covers a four-block stretch that's among the last working street railroad track in the city. Trains brings tank loads of corn syrup and hoppers full of sugar to Peerless Confections. (Check out 'Ride along with the crew of "The Sugarland Express"' for a classic picture.)
