Coooool board guys!
It definately has the "Chicago Flavor" that's missing from the other boards I'm on.
Hope to get to know you better in the coming months. A little about me: not a "professional" in the culinary field but I've taken soooo many cooking classes (all over in and around Chicago) that I feel I could be just as good as any pro. Add to that that I've worked in the wholesale/retail meat business and have dealt with most of the local supermarkets and manufacturers and suppliers in the area, well, it seems like a match made in heaven!
Now, gotta get to reading the various threads and bone up on all of you!
