Now THIS is How to Write a Restaurant Review

This is Anthony Todd's review of the new STK steakhouse that appeared on the Chicagoist website.

It has all the elements that I look for in a review: A palpable passion for dining, written in a highly entertaining but informative manner and laced with snark and skepticism, none of which appear in the Tribune's mostly (non) reviews that seem like home-jobs that never seem to criticize the reviewee to any substantial extent.
