FYI: Noon-o-Kabob Live On Stage

Check out the front of Section 2 of this week's Reader.

An Albany Park Youth Theater is performing stories from the lives of the owners of Noon-O-Kabob.

I have no first-hand experience, but the Albany Park Theater Project has received some very admiring press for their deeply rooted community work. The piece is called "Saffron" and it sounds worth a look to me.
