Penny Pollack Retiring After 30 Years

Penny Pollack, who has been Chicago Magazine’s dining editor since 1994, is retiring. Pollack’s career with Chicago Magazine goes back 30 years, when she was hired as a part-time dining assistant. As editor, she created “Morsels,” one of the very first online dining reports, and later created the electronic newsletter “The Dish.”
