    Uh, unless things translate very differently here (and, of course that happens with chains -- Fatburger is failing in Florida because the franchises bite, according to all critics), Pollo Campero has little to fear in my humble experience.

    PS, an uninterestring side note is that KFC is hugely popular in much of Latin America. And recall the failed experience of Cuban-American chicken chain Pollo Tropical (or whatever the Chicago version was called). I think our local PR and South American chicken specialists are safe -- for now.
