I have just posted a podcast (mp3) interview of Chef Graham Elliot Bowles of Avenues restaurant at:

    http://www.hungrymag.com

You can listen to it on the site or download it to any MP3 player. As you may know, Chef Bowles has been a participant on this forum and a Food and Wine best Chef in 2004. Chef Bowles is bright, ambitious, and well versed on art, music, politics, and food. It was a real treat to talk with him.

I am doing these interviews weekly, and wondered if anyone had any requests for chefs, food personalities, or topics they would like to see covered.

    Thanks,

    Mike

Thanks. I'd like to see an interview with some of the sustainable farmers in Illinois or maybe some of the forum favorite restaurant chefs like the honey 1 crew/

Mike has a great interview podcast with Doug Sohn of Hot Doug's up. Nice companion piece, too.

Thanks for the kind words Ed. We also put Hungry podcasts in the itunes store (free) now, so anyone who wants to subscribe that way and put the interviews on your MP3 device can do so.

Just think of it, you can go to Hot Doug's, order some duck fat fries, and listen to the interview at the same time. Or you could work of the duck fat fries and listen.
