Let's not start a panic. It appears the old dude was senile and simply mistook the bathyscaphe for some piscine Pez dispenser. Plus, it wasn't even an Enteroctopus dofleini, after all. Besides, every school kid knows that Cephalpods are over the hill: their heyday was 100 million years ago in Cretaceous times, when Ammonites nearly ruled the oceans of Earth, long before the evolution of lemon, garlic, olive oil, and parsley would motivate Homo piscivorous to hunt them to extinction. I'll sleep just fine tonight, secure in the knowledge that I was "designed" to eat polpo alla griglia. No, no: make that "selected." I dig the "in group" vibe of that.

tho completely opposite, this reminds of a scene from "Old Boy" which i watched last nite.

"Oh Dae Su attacks a live squid with his mouth... stuffs its entire head into his mouth, with squirming tentacles still out... and while chewing, passes out."

I'm maintaining a Rumsfeldian attitude about our war against the Cephalopods, but I still might get this t-shirt, if only as part of a Plan B.

Does that mean you'll try to eat them without enough teeth in place?
