    Didier Durand and Cyrano's Bistrot are about to host Round Two of a series of foie-centered events at the restaurant, featuring the contributions of (so far) 42 chefs, to raise money for the Illinois Restaurant Association's legal battle to end the ban.

    Interesting that Sam Sianis of the Billy Goat is participating. Cheezborger, Cheezborger, Cheezborger. No fries, fois gras. I wonder if these events will be raided Eliott Ness/Speakeasy style...now that would create some buzz. :wink:
