How many times have you blown your cover in Nigeria when asking for a fork to eat your foo foo? Local food writer Monica Eng wants to save you from such shame by offering hands-on eating lesson for Ethiopian, Nigerian and Vietnamese delights. There will also be a mystery food table where visitors who can guess what the heck they are eating will win glorious prizes.
Don't know if I can go myself, but it looks interesting, and it's for a great cause, so I thought I'd post it.
