Unibroue beer tasting at Cooking Fools (Thursday, 26 April)

Selected brands from the renowned Quebec specialty brewer, Unibroue, will be featured in a tasting on Thursday, 26 April from 6:00–9:00 P.M. at Cooking Fools (1916 W North Ave, phone:773.276.5565). A representative of Unibroue will be present to answer your questions and to pour complimentary samples including Ephemere Apple, a white ale brewed with apple must and spices, La Fin du Monde, a strong triple-style golden ale and Maudite, a strong amber-red ale.
