Treasure Island Cooking classes

I did a search, but didn't find these. . .forgive me if someone has already mentioned them.

The Clybourn store has cooking classes on most Mondays. This week was Freddie Sanchez from Adobo grill. He did ceviche, snapper Veracruz, green rice and chocolate tamales. All for $15 a person AND a bit of wine or beer with every course AND seconds and thirds of the ceviche (he made a LOT). For me, it was enough for dinner, plus I got all the recipes.

I picked up a few new tips and had a very nice time. They don't have their schedule on line, so you have to stop in the store to get it. I must have grabbed the wrong paper, though, as when I got home my list said "June" on it. She mentioned several upcoming ones, but I can only remember something about the 3 Bachelors and sushi and I think they are taking next Monday off due to the 4th.
