weekdays or weekend upon request for 4-10 people in
each class. Pick a date, time and menu of your choice
INDIAN TAPAS $55
Many of the items in this class are dry and great as
appetizers for dinner parties. We will make chicken
tikka, fish (Tuna) cutlets, kheema (ground Turkey)
kabobs and Golden Fried shrimp. You will enjoy eating
these delicious finger foods standing around the
kitchen while we make each item.
OR
30 MINUTE GOURMET $40
We will make three entrees that can be prepared in 30
minutes or less. The entrees are elegant enough for
company and easy enough for a week night family
dinner. Some of the recipes include, Egg biriyani
(Rice made with boiled egg and spices), simple chicken
curry, Paneer tikka masala.And a cool pre-prepared
kulfi for dessert.

EASY ENTERTAINING $ 50
The first course is a samosa with tamarind chutney.
For the main course I will show you how to make
chicken tandoori in the oven. We will make chicken
makhani over jeera (cumin) rice. And also a north
Indians favorite dal makhani that is made from lentils
and stir fry cauliflower, a spicy vegetarian curry. We
will make a cool cucumber raita to cool off your
palette. And finish with an easy dessert.
