Join in all the revelry and carouse into the night. There's plenty of shuckin' and slurpin' with another round of stirrin' and shakin' to be had. Shaw's executive chef will be preparing oyster specialties each night.

Nightly Events

The Oyster Bar will be jammin' with Live Blues Music, and serving fresh cold water oysters on the half shell for $6.50 half / $11.95 dozen.

Grab a shooter and check out the nightly Oyster Slurping Contest. The action starts at 6pm in The Oyster Bars of Chicago and Schaumburg. Each night's winner is eligible to participate in Friday's Grand Slurp-Off at the Tent Party.

The festival frenzy climaxes with the famous Tent Party on the streets of Chicago. Each year local and national bands rock the stage as the party heats up.

Don't miss Chicago's Best Shucker Competition and The National Championship Slurp-Off. Big prizes await the winners from the event's sponsors as well as top bragging rights for a year. Revelers will enjoy a boat load of oysters, jambalaya, and Shaw's famous specialties while listening to Live Chicago Blues.
