On Monday, October 8, Osteria via Stato will be hosting a very special dinner featuring plenty of pork, and plenty of wine. Chef David DiGregorio and Wine Director Adam Seger are going whole hog for this with this five-course meal, which begins with a 6:30 pm. reception featuring Baconcello, Adam's latest concoction; dinner follows promptly at 7:00 p.m. You won't go (pork) belly up as the cost is just $69 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity) and reservations can be made by calling Marcia Alvis at 312-642-8450.
