I'm thinking of going to this cooking class at Opera. Anyone want to meet up?

They are making some easy and approachable dishes.

Looks good, Steve. I get some flak taking guests there when it's so close to LSC and Spring World, but the atmosphere is great and the KDK group keeps sending me ridiculous coupons (and my out-of-towners are not always after beef tendon soup, maw, jellyfish, or lamb with cumin). Their duck three ways is quite good and I'd be interested to see their scratch recipe for hot and sour soup. If I can fit it in, I'll register (will know by Friday).

    Steve,

I took a class on Appetizers a few months back at Opera and it was very enjoyable. There was plenty of hands-on opportunity to practice making the selected items and enough staff available for people to work in small groups. If the format is similar, I think it should be a great learning experience.
