    EARTH DAY WINEMAKER’S DINNER

    Each month one sixtyblue hosts a Winemaker’s Dinner providing an opportunity for their guests to enjoy Chef Noguier’s market-driven contemporary French cuisine paired with selected wines from preeminent American winemakers. For this year’s Earth Day, one sixtyblue collaborates with Charles Krug Winery of the Peter Mondavi family, who have been growing organic and sustainable grapes in the Napa Valley for three generations, to bring guests a special wine dinner featuring a four-course prix fixe menu that showcases the best of both institutions, with a prelude at Randolph Wine Cellars.

    This special dinner will be hosted by one sixtyblue along with Master Sommelier, Serafin Alvarado of Southern Wine & Spirits. In an ongoing collaboration with Randolph Wine Cellars [1415 W. Randolph Street, 312-942-1212, Chicago, IL], diners will be offered a 10% discount on each wine featured in the Charles Krug Winemaker’s Dinner.
