A couple, three years ago, I signed up for a similar event from ZAP (Zinfandel Advocates & Producers), there was a discount for becoming a member. I couldn't make the event and they double booked my membership...when I asked for a refund the punk on the phone was extremely rude to me.

I say screw’em. But that is just MHO

Yes, I can hold a grudge couple, three years.

I had to come on and post just to say that this is a really rare chance to meet all these winemakers and taste an amazing assortment of Zinfandels---don’t be swayed by one person’s odd experience.

Not as rare as one might advertise...

I say "be swayed if you want" this board is designed for personal opinions... unlike advertising that is put out by the event producer.

Take my one individual opinion, throw my "odd experience" into the mix and sway away!

Except, you have to consider that, typically, the opinions and experiences of someone who's posted extensively and made major contributions to LTH, and whom many of us have met, will carry somewhat more weight than a first-time poster advising us to discount his experience.
