All I can say is that the wines are amazing - we really had to struggle to narrow it down to 6 wines to pair with the menu - so we settled on 7 wines! That means that you get a bonus because our 6-course degustation menu just turned into a 7-course menu! Either way, don't forget to make reservations for the Barboursville wine dinner, our first ever Virginia winemaker dinner featuring Luca Paschina and an exciting array of varietals from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Dinner with wines is $100 per person plus tax and gratuity. All of the wines featured at this event will be available at Vino 100 in the Geneva Commons.
