I agree with the rest of the group. I thought that the pork belly dish was the best of the group. What I did find off-putting was that the two students were preparing their dish with their backs to the guests and not interacting with them.
The halibut dish was pretty good although paring it with pork was at best unusual.
The lamb dish was not only disappointing but had I been responsible, I would have pulled the dish. The piece of lamb I received was raw. Not undercooked but raw. The beans on the dish were interesting and the greens were PHENOMENAL, probably one of the best bites of the evening.
I have to stop tonight at my local wine store and purchase some Cockburn to accompany the Stilton I purchased at Chuck's tonight.
We had an absolute blast at the event last night.
